YOU CAN’T MOVE FORWARD UNTIL YOU LET GO
OF THE PAST!
Sometimes we get stuck in the past, even when the past sucks. We just can't seem to leave it behind. Just because a memory comes to visit doesn't mean you have to invite it in to take up residence.
I have come to a place
in my life that I now realize that you don't even have to resolve things from
the past. Accept it and move on. Spend your time and energy in the present.
Nothing from the past
can be changed. Your present and future are a blank page. If you really want to
move forward, you have to let go of your past.
