work. Almost all protein. It keeps me full for 3-4 hours! Make you some scrambled eggs. Throw in some bacon! Eat a bowl of oatmeal and fruit. Whatever strikes your fancy that is healthy!
Start your day with a glass of water and then get your
breakfast going. Your body will thank
you! You will feel better, more alert
